Crimson Skies is structured so that it won't cost that much to get into, especially when compared with MW: DA. If you know of a group of players to join, then all you need is the rules pack and a squadron pack which will run you less than $30 in total. If you need enough figures for two people to play, then another squadron pack will cost an additional $20. These are Canadian prices so US$ would be less.
