Why on earth....? For the amount of time and effort (and money) needed for this womb transplant you could adopt a perfectly lovely child. I'm sure I might feel differently some day if my biological clock starts running (so far not a tick) but I can't imagine being so self-centered that I absolutely had to give physical birth to my own genetic matter, at this kind of expense, rather than give a home to an existing person.
Just because we can doesn't mean we should.
