The best boss I can think of, was from Chrono Trigger
It's this guy, dressed as a Fisherman named Miguel. I think he was supposed to be the Gaurdian of something.. but I played the game so long ago I can't remember. One of the.. most non intimidating bosses I've ever seen.
I could never beat Sin from the end of FFX, but that was mainly because Blitzball was the only thing I liked from that game, and I spent no time leveling up or doing any sidequests.
