I agree with RedComet, Psycho Mantis was pretty fun, but I also agree with Deflok that every single boss in Devil May Cry 1 was hardcore awesomeness.
But my favorite boss fight in that game was Mundus in his first form, becuase that was the only time you ever got to go full form Sparda demon form and grow wings and just rock a lot of ass.
