I've never experienced and uncut before.
I don't see how an extra bit of skin can cause that much difference especially when it comes to intercourse and other sexual activities.
I am a little upset that they never went over this aspect in sex education when I was in elementary school. If people were more educated on it, then I don't think as many people would be scared or nervous of it.
