Ha ha! not necessarily. maybe they don't install anything much. maybe they re-install windows regularly. who knows?

mine? Well. when I'm not looking, the thing starts to wank off under the cover of a blank screensaver. then after a while, it finally gets exhausted and hibernates itself. It does this all the time. And when I want to do something constructive (read: view porn); it's slow as hell!
