Don't get grossed out but being on Adtkins and other low carb.
diets We have tried all their subs. For noodles that are no carbs
Use eggs. Make a 1/8th inch thick omlet of plain eggs. Let it cool and slice into your noodles. Just don't over cook when your
melting your cheeses and tomato sauce. It's not bad.
For taco salad use fried pork rinds instead of chips. Now that takes getting used to!
