She's "retired."
She's only 23 or so, so I expect she may come back. But she has had chronic foot problems for some time.
Also, I'm not sure if she wasn't the last great champion of a different era in women's tennis. I'm not sure how well she'd match-up with Capriati/Williams sisters/Maurisimo types. I hope to see her again as well.
