I mostly spit, but my bf doesnt mind. I give him oral to please him and thats all that really matters. I try not to breath from my nose onces his boys are swimming in my mouth..that way I cant taste it and then i spit. It tastes pretty nasty, and if you swallow..its 100x worse..for me anyways. Its like taking a shot of whiskey and tequilla at the same time. Blah.:P
