Honestly I have to say I plan to support John Edwards. I do agree with almost all of Dean's platform, but to be honest, I'm afraid he might be too liberal to get enough turnkey votes. One of the best examples of this is his stance on Civil Unions (sane sex marriages), since the religious right and redneck votes are against anything homosexual. Of course, Edwards is a trial lawyer, and they are universally hated, so I'm not sure who will actually get it. But, knowing all platforms, I would say we would be best off with either Edwards or Dean, despite their few shortcomings.
Of course, they both bombed terribly on Meet The Press, and that is what the true political bookmakers are looking at.
And yes, anything to get Bush out of office. He's not as bad as some would like you to believe, but we DO NOT need another four years of it.
