If that cut wasn't opened more by Lewis head butting, digging his dreads into it....Vitaly wins. Why let him fight the few rounds with the cut...THEN all of the sudden call the fight. I believe Lewis was an ass after the fight but I think he's finally realizing that being an ass makes you the big money!!
