I work out 2 hours 4-5 days a week each time I do a
hour of cardio. My abs look fantastic....under all the beer
which I will never give up. So I have the abs you just can't see
them. My women feels them and knows what I do. i'm not really into "the look " I just want to be fairly healthy!
