Finished it over the weekend. I put everything else on the backburner; I was just too excited.
Overall I thought it was a very good book. It was kind of a filler/setup book as well. I compare it to The Empire Strikes Back (in my opinion, the best Star Wars movie) because nothing significant really happened and it's setting us up for a spectacular books six and seven.
I babble....anyway.
I thought this book was just too angry. There was a lot of yelling. Everyone seemed to be mad all the time. Not a lot of funny, whimsical stuff that littered the first four just a lot of unbridled ALL CAPS!
She did get Umbridge right though, didn't she?
You just hated her from the start and didn't even feel sorry for her in the end. And the stuff with Snape was pretty good too.
I realize I'm disjointed and rambling so I'll stop there...I just really enjoyed the book.
