I did get desperate enough to cut it for a job. My hair at it's longest was just past my waist. And no, it wasn't a "hold on to my youth thing." I always liked my hair long and my friends and I always thought I looked better with it long.
Oh and that job I got after I cut my hair....lasted just shy of 2 months...they shutdown the midnight shift and before I could get my 60 days and get in the union, they laid me off. Not worth losing my hair
