do something totally different...
what about a bed and breakfast overnight in an old antique bedroom? Breakfast served in bed is a great thing to do, and you don't have to even cook it, but just open the door in the morning.
you can do something goofy like do the tourist type things there are to do in your hometown or the next town over.
