My 2 year anniversary is coming up in a couple of weeks, and I'm totally screwed. I am broker than broke due to many unexpected bills. So to remedy this problem, I am gonna paint my girl a painting. Its pretty cheap, and its from the heart, and... its original. Girls seem to love that kind of stuff (at least I'm hoping she will).
Usually, since Mrs. Kata is so picky, I take a fat wad of cash (about $500-$700) and go take her shopping. Tell her to pick what she wants but let her know that she has a limit. It kind of sucks that I have to put a limit on it, but she knows I'm a poor man, so the $500-$700 is enough to show her that I do what I can. Not too original and it lacks the element of surprise, but she seems to always love what she gets.
