mike059, I hope you're joking. The government was doing what it was requested to do, and after they talked to her, the city gave her a permit for free. I know as well as anyone how bad the government is, but in this case, they are the ones to blame. They had to do it because of a complaint or they'd probably get in trouble because they did nothing about the complaint. The cops felt bad for doing it, and the mayor was guilty of aiding her, and he even admitted it.
