abs of steel. you know you want 'em
Alright, it's summer here in the northern hemisphere and I'm staring down a beach vacation in about a month's time. What's the best way to get nice abs? I currently do 360 situps a day-- 3 sets of 40 to the center, the right, and the left. I'm thinking a cardio workout would also be useful, but I'm not sure what would be most effective at trimming the fat off my tummy.
Yeah, I know 6-pack abs aren't for everyone, but I at least want to give it a whirl.
