Hmm, this is really a tricky issue. On one side of things you can see how some kids might be better off dead and you wish you could have known to prevent the child from living an extremely difficult life.
But then, how is a lawsuit and money going to fix things? Sure it can make things easier as far as raising the child, but it can't take away the suffereing. Also is it really the doctor's fault?
