A friend of mine got it done, and said she almost passed out due to the pain. She was sore for a couple of weeks, but after that she siad it was all good. It does affect breastfeeding, making it difficult if not impossible according to people I've heard about it from. I've heard that there's a way to do it wthout causing damage, but that's the extent of my knowledge.
