the list goes on and on.....it's an interesting amalgamation of opposites that hits the right combination to click with our own intersting amalgamation of opposites.
Just like a job interview, you get one chance to show them how well you complement the company. It's an all or nothing shot that requires you to lay a significant portion of yourself on the line. Enough personality to get us interested, but not enough to scare the hell out of us
