Simple. Be interesting.
By that I mean don't agree with every opinion I give. Argue with me. Stand up for your beliefs and opinions. I hate it when people agree with me just to avoid what they think is going to be a conflict. Challenge me. Just don't win or I'll sulk and pout.
(I know me well enough to know that even I don't know what I really want)
