simply because the word racist doesn't stricly mean racist anymore.. Its has been degeneralized to mean the same thing as discrimination. Outside the the USA, people wonder why we use the word "Racist" even tho we have acknowledged that color does not make another race, yet as I have said, it has been degeneralized to Discrimination. Thus this is how you can be "racist" against another Human.
