Text Edit. I HATE HATE HATE! office for X. it is evil incarnate. its' got this little "edit" menu on the right, but all the stuff is still in those arcane right click contextual menus. it's VERY frustrating. I'm not a big writer. all my papers last semester were .txt files created in either textpad at school or Text Edit at home. easy as pie.
