Have built several PCs with parts from Googlegear. Good company to deal with. Only had one bad piece of hardware and was able to exchange it problem free.
I know someone else who uses Newegg.com and is just as happy with them.
Good choice on getting the monitor and case locally. I always do that to save the shipping costs.
Sounds like a good system, good luck on building it.
