Don't wanna sound offensive here, but what exactly is Liverpool culturally famous for? It's just that I never hear of it in reviews, holiday shows, not even on the news, except when Liverpool FC win or lose or transfer or something...
I'd really like to know. I hear people on the news saying stuff like "oh, Liverpool...cultural centre of the EU in five years...etc....blah de blah de blah...", but I don't know why. I there something I don't know?
btw, this is not a sarcastic post. I am genuinely befuddled.
