It's my understanding that in Spanish:
Marricone - "catcher" (in a gay couple)
Bujerrone - "pitcher" (in a gay couple)
Marricone being a worse insult in a culture where machismo is very important (like spanish speaking countries).
Not sure about the spelling (I read this in a novel so it could be way off base).
