Not to enable a habit or anything but tootimid has a running "just pay shipping" deal that usually works out to $3-4 for whatever toy they're giving away "free" that period. Sign up for their newsletter and you'll get it.
Personally I haven't seen much in there generally. Lots of bullets, rabbit vibes, and "X BUNGTILLION FUNCTIONS" toys but periodically you do see a real gem in there.
