I started back to the gym at 156 pounds.
I'm not sure why, but I'm at 164 three weeks later, with increased water, better eating habits, and three to four times a week of 30 minutes of cardio and 40 of strength training.
But, I have definitely reawakened a lot of muscle, so that's most likely it.
S tested out my abs and was very impressed. I think I need to increase cardio, but my head hurts.
