Strange Famous..thank you for creating this thread...let's see if it helps. I've been steadily going up in weight for years and just cracked the 290 lb mark. I do play hockey and some floor hockey but not much else and my job is a sit at the computer type job. Just started working out a week and a bit ago and am trying to stay off the desserts, sweets, slurpees, etc.
290 lbs July 28, 2011 To start I'm looking to loose about 60 pounds. I'm hoping by then I'll be feeling good enough to keep going...
