It's not, but staying in LA is a very strong possiblity. He doesn't have to get away from Shaq to prove he can carry a team, he already proved that in February when he had like 8 games in a row where he scored 40+ with Shaq out.
There's also the possiblity of the Grizzlies (because of his past relationship with Jerry West) and any other team that has alot of cap room (like the Spurs if they don't sign a major name this offseason such as Jermaine O'Neal or Jason Kidd).

One day an Englishman, a Scotsman, and an Irishman walked into a pub together. They each bought a pint of Guinness. Just as they were about to enjoy their creamy beverage, three flies landed in each of their pints. The Englishman pushed his beer away in disgust. The Scotsman fished the fly out of his beer and continued drinking it, as if nothing had happened. The Irishman, too, picked the fly out of his drink but then held it out over the beer and yelled "SPIT IT OUT, SPIT IT OUT, YOU BASTARD!"
