June 15 of last summer I was 185 pounds. When i weighed in July 5 2011, I was 213. EEK. Not good. I'm back in this thread too after having some major life changes that impacted my mental health and my activity levels.


After a week back on weight watchers for portion/food balance and back to at least 40 minutes of moderate cardio 5 times a week, I weighed in July 10 at 207.6.
