half of the population of the United States is considered overweight and approximately
fifth that is considered obese are thinking the same thing. Check it: Heart disease kills more people than old age, work accidents and angry spouses.
I don't get where you're going with your "Don't judge me!" argument, but this thread deals with the idea that losing weight is good for your
health, not just for your appearance. Do we live in a superficial, vain culture? Yes. You can't argue that. But that isn't what this thread is about.
