A while back I was keeping count for about 3 years, but eventually decided it wasn't worth my time to do so. In that 3 years though, I racked up over 1,000 films. (not a single tv movie among them)
Of course, this was back when I had lots of disposable income and a handful of friends who shared my obsession.
