If she enjoys it and finds it sexy, then so do I and we have a great and hot time.
If she doesn't like it or sees it as demeaning, then it makes it very unsexy for me and so not worth doing i.e. it's just one big turn off for everyone.
Anything can be seen as demeaning.. whether it actually is or not, depends on the intentions of the people.
