I know there is a long debate about the fluoridization of water, but, regardless, fluoride is naturally occurring in food and water. Even fresh water has as much as a third of what they put into drinking water. Either way, it's known to prevent tooth decay, which I imagine has much greater overall benefit than it does harm. I think the overall concern should be whether they're using too much.

I'm far more concerned about pesticides.
