The physical aspect of the blowjob can easily be replicated with a skilled hand and some sort of lubricant. It doesn't matter what the blower does with their hands, mouth and tongue, I can do the same (perhaps even better) with my own skilled hands.
What makes a blowjob outstanding is when I get the message loud and clear that she WANTS to do this. She wants to make me squirm and moan and she wants to revel in the power she holds over me.
