Both my girlfriend and I masturbate...We both know about it, are not concerned by it. It does not detract from our sex life. Sometimes when one of us does not feel up for sex then the other will matsurbate next to them just to get that relief. No big deal.
I know that from past relationships not all people are open to masturbation, which I find dissapointing, frustrating and stifling to an open and honest sexual relationship.
