Yeah, you said that already. But from your description of being able to drag a window onto your second monitor, you should have already achieved that goal...if you can drag the window of the browser streaming the baseball game onto your monitor, then there it will be! Mission Accomplished!
I'm not sure what you're trying to say when you say "but when I open it, it opens on the lap top" since any windows you can drag to the monitor are, by definition, already open.
