I know this sounds horrible, but that just sounds like it would make her happy. She obviously doesn't give a fuck about the kids, getting someone to take them away and take care of them; sounds like a dream come true to her.
I'd almost say make her take care of them as punishment, but then you are really just punishing the kids.

Hey, that didn't involve a woman AND I got off with 3 hours in jail with no charges. I didn't even have to take a shower.
