Cutting Costs
With the availability of jobs the way they are, money has become kind of tight. Personally, I love using solar panels for the free electricity, growing my own expensive stuff (no drugs, just tea, coffee, spices, tomatoes and the like) for the free food. I like the idea of keeping chickens because it costs about 5 dollars for a 50 lb bag of feed in the winter and in the summer they can eat the bugs that are trying to eat my plants, they reproduce, and give me a veritable cornucopia of fried egg sandwiches.
What does TFP do to be thrifty? Anything from buying PBR instead of the good stuff to making your own clothing out of animal hides. Whats your secret to pinching that extra penny?
