If you're in a hurry you could go the direct route via personal classifieds, visiting clubs known for having sexually adventurous patrons, prostitutes, etc.
Another route would be to develop a relationship the normal way. You might have to take it slowly as you learn about her, you wouldn't want to scare her away by jumping the gun. If you find her to be sexually openminded, slowly introduce the idea of pegging. Exactly how to do that will depend on what you know about her. You'd be surprised by how many women aren't prudes about porn, and that would be one way to test her thoughts on pegging. Sex toy catalogues are another source (that's how I introduced my wife to the idea).
Another thought is she might be more interested in having a go at a your butt with a strap-on than you might expect. There are women who are curious about what it would be like to have a penis and be the 'picher' during sex. It helps that pegging has become a little more mainstream than it used to be.
