I prefer a small house with wheels and its own propulsion system.
My wife and I owned a house that was too big. Two people don't really need 3500 sq ft and more than 2 bathrooms. I was naive and underestimated the amount of time and work it took to keep the place clean.
Now that almost every book published also has an ebook version, those walls of books fit on a disk drive.
