Allright, but it isnt the same as this guys problem really.
All gay guys presumably like getting fucked or being the fucker... by definition the fact the like that defines them as gay. And there ARE forums that homosexuals can meet each other (ie gay clubs, public parks, etc)... and its just a question of finding out which part of the sex act the other is into. You probably can tell that do a degree from the persons demeaner. A more feminine male is likely to prefer being the "bottom", a more masculine male the "top"...
In terms of finding a woman who would be into taking a strap on dildo and rogering a man... I am not saying it doesnt exist, but I think its not something an average girl is going to like, and its not something you'd feel exactly comfortable raising with someone you werent very very close to... how do you identify someone who you can have a serious relation with, and at the same time will carry out a quite uncommon thing on you (and ideally get some kind of satisfaction herself)
I think all you can do is maybe try and find a girl who is very open minded about sex... at least she might might be willing to give it a try?
Personally the idea of having "open minded" conversations about sex with a girl is threatening, disturbing, and unnatural... but I guess you cannot be reticent and prudish if you have desires that are outside of what society defines as normal (ie - oral sex, normal sex, maybe having your girl dress as a policewoman for your birthday or whatever...)
