You don't actually "double bag" (wear one condom over another) it's just a phrase to describe how nasty a girl is and to use precaution, " Dude you're fooling around with her? you better double bag it!" Besides as most of you have stated double wrapping would end in failure, for sensitivity and protect as the friction between the 2 condoms would make them rip. Fuck it's hard enough putting one condom on.
