sopa de ajo (garlic soup)
so easy, so tasty, gonna make it tonight...
heat oil in pot
add cubed day old or stale bread
sautee bread until golden
add chopped garlic (many cloves, 8 +, maybe a head's worth if small)
sautee a bit
add stock and bring to boil
add paprika, salt
(optional - slip in an egg and poach it)
done.
can be topped with cheese. manchego of course.
