Since we are on the subject of how to ask awkward questions, I have one for those of you who are homosexual males. My personal sample of homosexual male friends aren't close enough to me to ask such an intimate question.
So, I've heard that in homosexual male relationships, one person is traditionally the pitcher and the other is the catcher. Let's go with Top and Bottom. So, you break up and you are out on the prowl. What if you meet the next love of your life and they are also a Top or also a Bottom? How does that work? Suppose you are both Tops, clearly that is by some preference. Does one switch to Bottom or do you find someone else more compatible with you? I ask this because it seems somewhat related to the thread. If this seems a threadjack, I withdraw the post...
