anyone else think the 4 point scale is unfair?
i mean, if you make an 89 in a class, you get the same credit as somebody who slacked off and made an 80. that is really not fair.
in my high school, we have a 6 point plan and you get points toward your gpa according to your grade in a class.
for example, a 95 would be a 5.5 and an 85 would be a 4.5
honors classes give an extra 1 pt to the gpa earned so it is possible to have above a 6.0, but not that much higher since there are lots of non-honors classes students have to take.
