Hunan Kung Pow ?
Can anyone post a good recipe with simple directions to make a dish known locally in resteraunts as Hunan Kung Pow or chicken Hunan (if it has chicken) or Hunan noodles ?
I've done some web searching, but none of the recipes I've tried tasted like I want.
The dish I want would have noodles covered with veggies (maybe chicken) and peanuts in the veggies.
It is quite hot (spicy)
I would love to be able to make this for dinner regularly.
