I have been with two mothers and strangely enough they were by far the tightest, and yes it makes a huge difference.
I think I am an anomaly and I have a hard time having an orgasm anyways during sex, I have one maybe half the time. One ex I couldn't have a orgasm with while having sex, it had to be oral... so yes, it makes a very big difference.
